The median price of these 155 homes is $1,095,000 and the average price is $1,574,000. the average days on market is 117 and he average price per square foot is $450.
There are currently 14 homes pending in escrow in San Juan Capistrano. These homes range in price from $290,000 for a 2 bedroom, 1 bath 945 square foot detached home located on Calle La Bamba.
