In San Clemente there is a new master planned community called Talega.  Talega consists of some condominiums and mostly single family homes.  The new homes under construction in Talega will range in price from  the mid $800K's up to  $2.5 Million or more.  Talega comprises of 3,500 Acres and is located about 3 miles from the coast and 2 miles east of Highway 5, between the streets of Avenida Pico and Camino De Los Mares.  Being built in the hillside, many of the homes offer views of the Ocean, the new golf course, mountains and parks.  There is also a swim and Athletic Club.
