New Homes for Sale in south Orange County, CA.

Home construction began in earnest in Orange County CA. in the late 1800’s, and has continued ever since at a torrid pace.  Today, there are only a few cities and communities that offer new home subdivisions for there is very little vacant land left to build on.  In south Orange County one can still find new home subdivision in cities of  San Clemente, Ladera Ranch, Irvine and Newport Coast.  Today, new home builders are offering generous incentives to prospective Buyers, plus if you work with us, a dedicated Buyers Broker, you can also obtain an additional commission rebate.  Click Here for more details about your Orange County New Home Rebate.

In San Clemente there is a new master planned community called Talega.  Talega consists of some condominiums and mostly single family homes.  The new homes under construction in Talega will range in price from  the mid $800K’s up to  $2.5 Million or more.  Talega comprises of 3,500 Acres and is located about 3 miles from the coast and 2 miles east of Highway 5, between the streets of Avenida Pico and Camino De Los Mares.  Being built in the hillside, many of the homes offer views of the Ocean, the new golf course, mountains and parks.  There is also a swim and Athletic Club. 

In south Mission Viejo there is a new master planned community called Ladera Ranch, which is mostly built out.  Ladera Ranch consists of a balanced mix of Condos and detached single family homes.  There are only a few subdivisions that are under construction and new Condos range in price from the mid $500K’s on up to the mid $800K’s.  Detached single family new homes range in price from $1.2 Million on up to $5 Million or more. Ladera Ranch consists of 8 unique Villages that are interconnected by trails and parks.  

The city of Irvine has an assortment of new communities under construction.  Irvine is also the home to a new wave of high rise condos which is unique to the area.  New condos for sale in Irvine range in price from the mid $350K’s on up to $2.5 Million for a high rise penthouse on the 18 floor.  New single family homes in Irvine CA range in price from the mid $850K’s on up to  $9 Million or more.  Irvine is home to the John Wayne Airport, hi-tech computer and bio-tech job centers and the University of California, Irvine (UCI)  .

Newport Coast is a newer community just south of Newport Beach and Corona Del Mar and as the name implies, is a coastal city that runs along Coast Hwy 1.  The homes in Newport Coast are of the finest quality and craftsmanship.  New detached single family homes and estates range in price from $2.2 Million on up to $13 Million or more.   Newport Coast consists of 9,400 Acres with 75% of the land dedicated to open space.  and golf courses.  This community is situated in the gradual sloping hillsides which offers many homes with Ocean views.

California Colony Homes in Mission Viejo, CA.
