Heather Ridge Condos in Aliso Viejo, CA.

The community of Heather Ridge is centrally located in very desirable and newer city of Aliso Viejo.  This affordable condo development consists of 390 condominium units and is located at the corner of Pacific Park and Alicia Parkway.  It is close to numerous shopping, dining and entertainment opportunities and is also close to the popular Aliso Viejo Town CenterAliso Viejo Library and many parks.

The highest price currently active for sale is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, condo also on Bridle Lane for an asking price of $444,900.  The median price of the 14 condos is $409,900 and the average price is $400,249.  The average price per square foot is $413/SqFt and the average days on market is 78 days.

In the past 90 days, there have been 6 condominium units that have sold and closed escrow in Heather ridge.  The least expensive condo sold was a 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit on Cambria Lane that sold for $320,000 and the most expensive in the past 90 days was a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on Bramble Lane that sold for $445,000.  The average price for these 6 sold condos was $404,666 and the average price per square foot was $341.  The average days on market was 42 days.

Heater Ridge is serviced by the award winning Capistrano School district.  The elementary school is the award winning Wood Canyon Elementary School.  The middle school grades are conducted at Aliso Viejo Junior High School, and the upper class grades are at Aliso Niguel High School.
